Return Policy   

We hope you love your Katherine Grey jewelry pieces, but if for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy for a store credit. The return window begins on the day the order is delivered. We do not offer any exchanges.

All returns must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, and in its original package (box and pouch included) to be considered for a return.  

How do I Start a Return? 

To start a return, please reach us at katherinegrey.nyc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include return request and order number in the subject line.

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please provide us with a tracking number upon shipping and send your return package to the below address:

* Please note, items sent back to us without contacting us to start a return through email will not be accepted. 

Refunds

Upon receipt of returned items, we will inspect and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically issued store credit for the amount purchased. Please note, store credit will be valid for one year from given date.

Katherine Grey reserves the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet our return policy requirements.
