Shipping and Handling Policy 

Orders will be provided with tracking information and an email will be sent to you once shipped. Please allow 24 hours after tracking information is provided to be updated in the system by the carrier.  

All orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. 

Domestic orders made within the United States will be shipped via USPS First Class Package. Delivery is expected within 2-7 business days depending on your location.

All international orders will be delivered within 1 to 3 weeks. Please allow extra time for delivery during the holidays.There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for.

Please note, Katherine Grey is not responsible for import taxes/fees for international orders. For more information on what the costs may be, please contact your local customs office.

Lost Packages

Once a package is dropped off, it is in the hands of the shipping courier. Katherine Grey will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages in transit.

In the rare case that your package was marked delivered and you still have not received it, please contact your local post office/courier directly for further guidance. They will be able to help and open an investigation on your lost package.
